 Peter and the Wolf is a classic tale written in 1936 by Sergei Prokofiev.
All the characters in the story are represented in the music by an instrument, teaching music
composition to the audience.  In The Conservatory’s rendition, Peter is a brave and awkward
boy who is always getting into trouble with his grandfather.  Grandfather’s only worry is about
the Wolf that lives in the forest but Peter pays no attention and gets into a whole lot of trouble
with all his meadow friends The Duck, Bird and Cat when he catches a monster by the tail!
This is a wonderful children’s play, brought to life by theatre, dance and fun costumes.
