2008 EISF Parade Float Workshop
Come
help us build our float!
This workshop is a two day hands on experiance no student should miss.
2007 EISF Award winning Float 'Acting Out Just
for the Fun of It!'
Dear Parents:
We doing a 2008 float for the second year for the school. Last year we took
"Best Over All"
and this years
theme for the float is going be so cool (we have to keep on the down low so
it will
be announced at Registrations).
My sister
and I have entered in the EISF Parade almost
every
year since we were young and we see it as an
amazing oppurtunty for creativty, teamwork
and chance to perform in front of a
large group of people. We want the students
to help decorate
the floats so they can learn useful tools by helping. We decieded that entering a float in the
Eastern Idaho State Fair
Parade will challenge students to think of creative
and cost effective ways
to design
and decorate a float. They will have not only
the chance to be on the float but will have a chance to
directly be involved
in
the planning and decorting
in a fun and modivating enviroment to help them and the float be a success.

*All CBTA students will be able to be on float without attending this workshop.
2008 EISF 1st Place Float
"Willy Wonka's Ticket to Fun!"
Workshop Skills:
- Design
Will help with the design the float theme for that years parade
- Create and Construct
As a group they will build the float with the use Fine Arts like paint, paperwork,
fabrics and wood etc.
Workshop is for ages 9 and up - will be two days in August
on 28th and 29th.
Cost is $15.00 (Parents can also just donate to CBTA for EISF Float) : Sign up at
Fall Registrations!
Workshop times will be in the evenings TBA as group
