Mommy & Me Dance: Age 3 Meets Fri
11am-11:30am 30mins
A class designed to introduce little dancers to the world of movement
in a safe envoirment by having mom in class. Mommies with help with one
on one interaction with their little one in the creative exercises done in class
that help teach their little one balance, corrdination, rhythm and creative thought.
Mommies will learn basic kinetic, stretching and strengthing skills.
Creative Movement A: Age 4-5
Meets Wed 2:15pm-3:00pm

Pre-Ballet A: Age 6-8 Meets Wed 3:15pm-4pm 45mins
Pre-Ballet B: Age 6-8 Meets Tues 3:15pm-4pm
Classes consisting of pre-ballet, creative thought and free form movements. Students
will learn how
to use their little bodies and imaginations through dance.
Communication
skills are emphasized in
creative movement as children express themselves using voice,
hands, face and body.
Class
is broke
up into 15 min sections including; Barre, Center &
Free form
were they will use balls,
scarves and other items to express themselves
through
creative thought.
ClassAttire is: Pink colored leotard with full footed
pink tight and ballet slipper or shoe.
Classical Division
(Intro
Class) Ballet I: Age 8-10 Meets Tues. 4:00pm-5:00pm

(Level) Ballet I: Ages 8-10 Meets Tues and Thurs 4:00-5:00pm 1Hr/twice a week
A class were the students will learn Classical Ballet training at Barre, Center
and Across the Floor.
Students will still use their creativity in some Free Form
to express themselves through dance but
will have
more opportunities to gain strength
to prepare them for Ballet II.
Students in this class will be tested on
the Basic
Ballet terms.
Class Attire is: Black Leotard and skirt with
pink full footed tight and leather 'spilt sole' ballet shoe
Ballet II: Meets Tues-Thurs 5:00pm-6:15pm
1.15 Hrs/twice a week
A class for students reaching their adolescents and require more insensitive Ballet
training.
In this class students are required to warm up before class by stretching.
The Classes will
start with Barre, Centre and end with across the floor.
Students in this class will learn more Ballet terms and be tested each semester
Class Attire is: Black Leotard and skirt with pink
full footed tight and leather 'spilt sole' ballet shoe
Intermediate
– Advanced (invitation only)
As students reach the intermediate level they are
asked to choose between a Level or Pre Pro class options.
Level Classes
are twice a week and will take class with the Pre Pro option dancers Mon and Wed.
The level option is for dancers who want to take dance and love it but do not want
to go on to a
University or Company after training.
The Pre Pro option is three times a week and is for a dancer who
want to challenge themselves
and the art form. Deciding this option dancers
should be dedicated to the training and
demands that will increase their ablites
as they
move toward a dance career goal.
(Level) Ballet III: Meets Mon and Wed 4:45-6:00pm
(Pre Pro)Ballet III: Meets Mon, Wed and Fri 4:45-6:00pm
Class curriculum will follow previous lower levels Barre, Centre and Across the
floor and students will still be tested.
This level will inculude Intermediate
level training and will be a preparation for Pointe.
Pointe is one of the most beautiful
dance forms. However, it demands disciplined
training for the proper strength to execute the technique correctly and safely.
So not to have injury to young feet
and dancer we only offer this to girls 12 and older who have
attended at least the
ballet 3 level of training.
Class Attire is: Maroon Leotard and skirt with pink full footed tight and leather
'spilt sole' ballet shoe
(Level) Ballet IV: Meets Mon and Wed 6:00-7:30pm
(Pre Pro) Ballet IV: Meets Mon Wed and Friday 6:00-7:30pm
Dancers at this level are working on more intensive training on pointe and centre
work. These classes will be more involved
in the shows and will have more expected of them in class and in their training
throughout
the year. Classes in this division
will
also get guest artists that will come in to teach other forms of dance. This will prepare them for
a
University and/or Company if they choose to continue their training at a professional
level.
Class Attire is: Light Gold Leotard and
skirt with pink full footed tight and leather 'spilt sole'
ballet shoe
Pre Pro V: Meets Mon Wed and Friday 7:30pm-9pm
This is for dancers that are preparing for a career in dance and meet three times
a week. Dancers are expected to challenge themselves
and the art form each
day in and out of class. Dancers should be dedicated to the training and condition
their minds and
bodies in and out of class to work in a professional environment
such as a university, college, or company.
Training in this class will be
all year long with intensives in the summer to stay strong.
Adult Level I: Meets Tues. 6:30-7:30pm
A class for the beginning level who are young at heart and will learn the basic
technique for Classical Ballet classes.
Class Attire is
comfortable dance wear or workout wear with ballet slipper or soft shoe. Director
would like to have tighter clothes to be able to make and
see corrections on dancers. Attire will be approved through director at the
beginning of each class. Please no baggy pants around the ankles and knees.
Adult Level II:
Meets Tues. 5:00-6:30pm
A Class for the young at heart, dance level is beginning/intermediate.
